Do you suppose Texas Tech fans have a shred of concern about the future of the sport?
I’d say “nah”.
Apparently, the Court of Appeals that would handle the next leg of this is chaired by Red Raiders:

Meanwhile, Texass fans are not pleased with their little brothers to the west…
*Checks notes* – Lambos and fat stacks of cash. Got it. While I am on Texas’s side here, I’d say the pot is calling the kettle unethical, just one is more “legally” ethical now that we’re in the era of NIL.
And, of course, it wouldn’t be a day ending in y if we didn’t have someone from our traditional SEC orange fan base whining about why they couldn’t get away with it, too.
“Why don’t we have a corrupt judge?” Boo hoo. Talk to a Georgia fan about the local legal system working against you, then wonder how we managed two National Championships while getting pulled over every other day of the week, and let’s resume the conversation after.
Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t have a problem with cops ticketing and/or arresting athletes that break the law.
Texas Tech fans and alumni have a little brother complex that make the AgCult and the Nerds of North Avenue say, “Dude, go touch some grass.”
Texas fans whining about someone else ruining college football by doing anything to cash whip the system into wins is hilarious. I guess even a broken clock is right twice a day, but the lack of self awareness here is impressive . Can we please give them back to the Big 12? FTMF.
We never should have let Texas schools in the SEC.
Amen brother!!!
Almost serious. The B1G, the SEC, the ACC, and no one else should combine. Leave out the Great Plains 12 and ND.
Tennessee has a valid gripe. I was shocked Aguilar didn’t get another season. I don’t even think they appealed the decision.
So, let me follow the logic here. Person A committs murder. There is video, DNA and fingerprint evidence. They are absolutely guilty of this heinous crime. The defense is, don’t punish person A as they will be deprived of their freedom and would feel bad.
WTF, our society is truly being flushed down the proverbial toilet. Be sure to jiggle the handle before you leave.
One more thing. If I were in charge of CFB, Texas Tech would have been notified immediately that if Sorsby steps on the field in any capacity, your program is suspended from play indefinitely.
even Putin blushed at this ruling
They are all hypocrites. No doubt Sorsby should be gone, but what about all these righteous, pompous asses of AD’s, Commissioners and University Presidents who agreed to $20.5 million caps and just ignored that. Their GREED is way worse than Sorsby’s deeds. On game days IO can focus solely on the sport, but in the meantime this all just makes me want to puke.
Semi pro football is here. We will never be back to that love of school or keep up with rosters. RIP for college sports. 😰😰😰😰
