The week that is in the Georgia Message Board Geniuses’ world

Are people who comment on the Georgia message boards this dense?

I didn’t realize as a season ticket holder or a TV subscriber that I paid a hidden NIL tax to the Classic City Collective.

Sure, you can question why Ellis Robinson hasn’t been given a shot, but to say we deserve it is very genius-like. I’m sure Kirby feels an obligation to tell us everything that happens at practice.

Feel free to discuss your thoughts on Robinson’s place on the depth chart at this time.

Back to your regularly scheduled GTP Refugees’ programming.

I've been a Dawg my entire life. UGA was always my dream school where I received 2 Terry College degrees and met my DGD wife. I've been a season ticket holder for over 30 years and love the in-stadium experience over anything from Section HD. My first game in Sanford Stadium was the 1981 Auburn game where we clinched the SEC championship. The best game I've attended in person was the Midnight Miss against Ohio State (nite, nite!). The best home games I've attended were the 1984 Clemson game (the Butler did it) and the 2013 LSU game (that 4th down is still the loudest single moment I've experienced between the hedges). The game I love to win is against the Handbags (FTMF), and the game I hate to lose is the NATS (Tuck Fech).

  1. What I love about the 1st amendment: Everybody can say what’s on their mind
What I hate about the 1st amendment: ANYONE can say what’s on their mind.

Seriously, I really like the information I can get from the Dawgvent, but DAMN, there is some stupid s*!t on there. I’m guessing every paid sub is a little like that. Most of the fans who “demand” answers would literally wilt like a flower if they had to face Kirby in person.

To answer your question, I’m going to go ahead and defer to those who are at practice, and then go back and watch film of practice. There’s always more than what we see. Remember when we used to wonder why the hell Dan Jackson was in the rotation?

    • It’s funny how so many fans question the coach who has sent the most guys to the nfl in his first 8 years than any other cosch.

    • Owning an internet connection grants the right to show stupidity. I remember defending SB with unless you’re at practice how do you know JT is a better QB. It never enters my mind that Kirby would not play those who give the team the best chance at success. What is clear is this team is just not as talented as other recent teams.

News to me any of my ticket dollars went to NIL. Bet Kirby would be all for that. I would like to know if Kirby is getting enough NIL money compared to teams on our schedule.

  2. What concerns me with Robinson’s lack of playing time is the fact that damn near every team you can think of will be tampering with him. He’ll be hearing a lot of negative recruiting pitches against us, plus promises of immediate playing time. We don’t need to fuck around and lose this guy, he’s that good.

    • I would assume Kirby has had a conversation with him that he is going to start when he’s ready. It seems he needs some work in the weight room especially if Kirby and T-Rob envision him as a boundary corner on the Kamari Lassiter mold. I am surprised we haven’t seen more of him as a dime or nickel corner in true passing situations.

  3. I wondered if Robinson didn’t have a broken ankle or high ankle sprain. IIRC he was listed as having a lower body injury.

  4. Okay, let’s follow the logic and say this. For reasons of Dawg Nation national security, that information is classified. So, shut the f# up.

  5. I know Kirby doesn’t see those things, but if he did, it would pretty much insure that Kirby would do the opposite.
