Will Coggin is one of the top hitting coaches in the country and will likely be a head coach in the not too near future. Georgia was ranked 4th in the country in batting and the best to make it to Omaha. They hit .322 as team this season.
While it is a bad time to go cold, it happens. It’s baseball and they have faced 5 of the top/hottest pitchers in the country.
Understanding all teams are suffering through basically the same circumstances, media/strange bed/team meetings etc., UGA baseball is/has been facing some really good pitching, as well as the opposition is facing against a VERY strong UGA staff, plus a strong line up, sooooo, UGA baseball needs to score early and often to get into the opposing staff/bull pen…tonight should be fun to watch…GO DAWGS!!

Great game last night. We really seem to be in Texas’ heads JUST a little bit. I love it. That ’24 game in Austin might be to me personally as satisfying of a win short of the two nattys. Leading up to that game Texas #1 ranked getting all the hype. The game-day knuckleheads picking unanimously against UGA. Seeing all these celebs hamming it up on the Texas sideline and Georgia went in there and opened up a 55 gallon barrel of whoop-ass. What a tone-setter!
