ICYMI, the Diamond Dawgs held the #15 Whack-its to just four hits in a 5-2 win, and that was on a night where the good guys utilized their relievers instead of starting pitching.

This event was a bit more than a midweek (what, no t.v.?) game, got a short turn around vs a good anchor down group with a “W” plus fan support was good for continuing confidence…GO DAWGS!!

Pretty amazing performance by the relief pitchers all night. Tech came in 2nd in the country in batting avg & 8th in runs. 10 UGA pitchers struck out 12 and allowed only 4 hits. Well done Dawgs! Why that game wasn’t on the SEC or ACC network is hard to imagine. In case anyone’s interested, all the games radio broadcasts are available on georgiadogs.com.
