Imagine running an offense that leans heavily on the passing game and deciding to pay the most for a running back. No, that’s not a Mike Bobo decision…look no further than our Hillbilly friends up north to do just that.

That’s a lot of Dollywood money for a guy you’ll barely use. Might’ve been better invested in folding chairs and offensive linemen.
I’m sure we’ll be seeing him in the portal soon…and wearing an Ole Miss or Suckeye uniform before we know it.
Tennessee actually runs the ball quite a bit. They dropped off a little last year, but still only averaged about 10 yards a game less than Georgia. I think they were top 2 in rushing in the conference the two years before that and a averaged 200 yards a game.
Correct. Bobby Hill’s primary offense is designed to spread the defense and force them to make choices; either support the box and leave your DB’s exposed or provide the DB’s with safety help and leave the box light. Bobby is then happy to do whichever option the defense leaves more vulnerable. They did get away from that some last year as they didn’t have the necessary personnel to execute it well. UGA has handled his offense well because we have had corners that can hold their own limited support and safeties that are athletic enough to (somewhat) support both the box and the wideouts.
And we laffed at the million dollar offers…do i hear 3 million for this slightly used 17 year old qb….is it sanity that’s left the reservation or just my love for CKS and the budgetary greenback…GO DAWGS!!
Why is this cause for celebration? Proving how insane CFB has become is a chest pounding deal? So, so close to completely checking out on the greatest sport that once was.
What these multi-million dollar deals prove is what a huge revenue producing industry power 5 college football is.
You can check out, you just can’t leave…..GO DAWGS!!
so they just set the bidding floor for this dude
Yet, Kemon Spell (the #1 RB recruit) says nothing and shut down his recruitment.
On a related topic, does Hayes Fawcett creep anybody else out?
Me thinks also he won’t stay very long. Sounds like chasing the money. Of course, 2 million a year ain’t chicken feed!!
Dude really ought to consider choosing a different photographer. This one did that kid zero favors. Looks like he should be on an insurance commercial
They signed him up for the Iamagonnaleaveya package…
