Mississippi State has quickly risen as the cream of the bitter crop this baseball season. Watching their evolution into the Top Tiers of SEC sh*tposters, it started before the Georgia series a few months back and hasn’t abated since.
And now that they’re sitting at home and watching the College World Series from the discomfort of their own homes, thinking they’d be beating Ole Miss on the field or off the field at Rocco’s, they are becoming…well, paranoid.
And they’re quite bitter, to say the least.
“There may be a book written about this someday though” is some fascinating stuff to behold, especially since the only folks in the SEC interested in writing books about shoulda-coulda-woulda’s are the Bobby Hillbillies north of us.
