I am a purist when it comes to uniforms. Every school should have one with a white jersy when traveling. The optional uniforms look cool but as soon as the ball gets tee’d up theyre a distraction for me. We are Georgia. Our uniform is Intimidating. Don’t change it. Remember the beatdown vs. Boise in the Nike Pro Combat Uni?
But I am one of those “get off my grass” kind of guys and my wife let’s me know about it every day.
Agreed. We have a home uniform and a road uniform. Neither one features a white helmet, thank Dawg.
Not a a fan of the White with black pants. Always wear the silver britches.
Amen. But the kids want poppin’ gear every year, so… but, I’m with you 100%. Go You Silver Britches!
The white ones are fine for recruitment and if we wore it playing a cupcake now and then I can live with it if it helps recruiting. Otherwise, no. We’re not Oregon.
Also, though we’re out of the Juju Lewis sweepstakes, looks like he has interest in Auburn – took an official there over the weekend. C’mon USC can you do anything right?
Hard no on the white over white
The white helmet should be a dress up thing for recruits but should never come out of a tunnel on a game day. It’s a sharp look, but it smacks of Oregon to me.
I kinda dig the all white unis. But I’m not sure whether or not they should ever see the field though. However, I would like to see the red britches on the road a little more often.
