We are living rent free in the meth-heads of Jort Nation on X. Some Handbag posted the video of the greatest goal line stand ever and another was complaining about the incomplete pass in last year’s game. The Dawg (and some Gator) responses were comedy gold.
I had a $20.00 bet with my boss on the game. He was about as obnoxious a Gator fan as you could find. Walking in to work on Monday, I had the biggest shit eating grin on my face.

Larrry certainly had the voice and passion, but man was he really good at play by play.
I’ve said this for years. Florida is an historically mediocre program that caught lightning in a bottle with Spurrier, and then with the worst person in CFB.

I was deployed with my first unit in the Coast Guard. We had pulled into some small Caribbean island and I had duty. I watched that game through static on the TV on the mess deck in between making rounds of the ship.
My favorite game in person, other than the 2 natties and ND 2017. We got absolutely slobberknockered that night at the Landing and had to be separated from 3 fights with Gator fans. It was marvelous.
That does an Ol Dawg’s heart good. Me and Dad listened to this one sitting on the tailgate sipping cold beers and talking about cows. Brings tears to my eyes.
