Sometimes some gentle reminders from those who have been in the arena can inject the juice needed to get a team righted. I posted last week that Davin Bellamy called out the team for not having each others’ back.
Flash forward a week, and it seems message was received:
If they toss a few Auburn players around this weekend like this, I won’t be mad.
We need to have each other’s backs this weekend. Going to be a tough place Saturday night. We need to get after Sack-son Arnold.
That’s culture that’s the now Georgia Way. We fight win or lose we are together as one we’re Georgia.
Gonna need to take this crowd out of the game early. Make ’em QUIT!
