As reported yesterday, Georgia saw one player lost to the spring transfer portal. How’s it going around the rest of the nation?
Good Lord. For now, the Dawgs seem relatively stable, with many suspecting that Nitro Tuggle will pop in the portal soon given his off-the-field issues. But some folks, well, they’re struggling:
Meanwhile, Carson Beck is going to have a hard time finding people to throw to in Miami:
Mario Crystalball has openly cursed the portal, though it’s predicted he’ll be dipping into the portal to find replacements. Fun with contradictions.
Meanwhile, much ado was made about nothing when Rich Rodriguez returned to West Virginia, except for his commitment to right the culture ship by banning TikToks in the locker room. How did the team respond to this new laser focus on football?
Hey guys, why do you need to be social media influencers on the Tok when you’ve got NIL?
Couldn’t happen to a better person, imo. Yes, I’m still bitter about the 2005 Sugar Bowl.
FTMFs, and FTNIL.
I’m still bitter too. Fuck Pat McAfee.
That number of 6,421 of D1 players seems high (and I wonder the data behind the number). That would equate to an average of 24 scholarship players per D1 (FBS plus FCS) team. While it would only be 30% of FBS it would be almost 40% for FCS .
