Speaking of the Wonder Years

You couldn’t have told my 1990s fan self that this would ever be a reality:

Tell me again why it’s good to have an alum as a head coach?

  1. I had a suspicion things would eventually even out and all our suffering would pay off.

Wasn’t sure when or how, and there were some dark damn times along the way, but here we are.

Ole Miss/Bama better watch their asses! We gotta a title to defend.

  2. The only thing that’s gonna stop Kirby is Kirby. As long as he is healthy it will be fun to watch Georgia play football.

  3. Especially an alum who was on the wrong end of most of these rivalries as a player. Worked for the Old Ball Sack at Florida

  4. Only thing that’s worked for the old ball sack, is that UGA football potentially ran his dead ass out of college football….#FTMF!!

  5. Could 2025 be the second edition of those brilliant “Wonder Dawgs”….GO DAWGS!!

    • I can’t believe people complain about winning. Kirby is the best coach in college football. Hopefully we’ll get to hear how Kirby’s staff failed again while winning another SECCG and then the third NC.

  6. It does help to have the right alum coaching the team. Ray Goff was 8-17-1 against those same teams.

  7. I figured the never-Bobo crowd would be crowing louder this morning. Because we all know he sucks. He’s too predictable. We’ll never win as long as Bobo’s here.

    How am I doing?

  8. What’s amazing is how Dawgs are now top-shelf, while UT, Auburn and Jorts U have been relegated to 2nd tier status.
