The past 24 hours has been filled with so much off the field drama that three speeding tickets in Athens wouldn’t catch the attention of the college football world right now. What’s better is how it might’ve been discovered.
The most overhyped quarterback in the SEC is likely headed west, I’m assuming to USC or another California school or maybe even SMU.
I’m thinking Kirby’s belief of finding guys who love the game and love Georgia is the most appropriate chess move in roster management in 2025. There’s no QB stat for heart and integrity, but it’s starting to feel like there should be.

This will be interesting if Andrew Luck picks him up for Stanford. He’s used to the pro mentality, can raise the cash and you can build a winning program around him in that conference.
Cal, UCLA, SMU, USC all have been batted around as names. Wouldn’t surprise me if he ends up at one of the General Manager schools like Stanford either. After this fiasco he’s going to need to hide back on the west coast and never set foot in Tennessee again.

That seems to be more than just a money problem. Start getting paid in high school and the total is close to 10 Million. If Tenn was not paying their contract price, a court would has fixed this really quick. I think there were more problems.
