It’s almost here. Once June gets here I feel like the count down is on. February through May is the worst part of the year to me. If it wasn’t for turkey season it would really suck.
I can hold on during spring with baseball and softball. Great seasons for both. I am with Mike on Turkey season, start of season the weather is perfect. Watched some LLWS, Both boys and girls.But now l am ready for some football Dawg style!!! 🏈🏈
If there were any turkeys around our farm I would agree. I get thru the spring by crappie fishing. Then summer with snapper fishing. I’ll spend the first game sitting on a dove field, 2nd game grouper fishing then get back to Athens for chokelahoma.

Somehow there’s something sublime, almost exotic, about that very first Thursday night game between Whatsamatta U vs Little Sisters week 0. Almost like a Big Mac; you know it’s crappy, but sometimes nothing does it quite like a Big Mac!
