I’m not sure how any of them honestly afford it. $350 is more than the lot rental and HOA dues at the Greater Maryville Mobile Cottages Association, so I don’t know how Junior and LuLu can possibly swing the cost.
That’s a lot of orange all in one post, so let this serve as a reminder that we’re playing an orange team this weekend, and it’s time to start to direct our anger at the appropriate pack of assholes to the north.
Go ‘Dawgs.
may auburn continue to keep this buffoon as their football leader
Orange is ugly
Hey now…be a little more specific.

I promise English is my first language.
Wait until 9/27 to see a real ticket price.
I get it. I am as anti-orange as anyone on here; hell, my sales territory was in Knoxville for ten years! But I am hearing more of what was said than who said it. Attending a college football game is an investment for the common fan. And absolute investment. If you don’t donate to Magill and have to count on single game tickets, a man could easily wind up spending several hundred bucks per seat depending on the game …. or even more. Attending a game like 23′ UGA v Tennessee would have been costly. Lower level for the Bama this season are right now somewhere around $1000 or more. Thats not cheap for a guy making $50k or so. Hell, it’s a lot for a guy making $100k Add in gas, a meal or two, a few beers and you’re pushing $ 1500. Thats a chunk for a lot of people. I have been on that side of the coin, and it isn’t fun. Players are now being paid more than most of their fans and alumni, so I don’t think an expectation of performance is unrealistic. My opinion may be unpopular, but the fact remains, if a man is being paid to do a job, he should give his all to that job. NIL has changed the landscape.
Amen. The common folk, and I am among them, have been priced out of it. Going to a college football game is for rich people anymore. Just as most people in Georgia cant be students at UGA anymore most people in Georgia cant afford to go see a game anymore. Not that many people care. “Well you should have just been rich.” Ok. But most people aren’t rich. I don’t so much care for my own sake. Ive seen plenty of games in Sanford Stadium. And I just about prefer to watch at him anyway for the most part. But I hate that for a lot of people it’s just not economically doable. Definitely not more than a one time thing for most folks. Oh well. Serves us right for not being rich I guess. lol. What college football has become isn’t sustainable. Their own greed will end what used to be a great sport enjoyed by a lot of people.
My son was asking how much UGA AA charges people for their child to run onto the field to retrieve the kicking tee after a kick off. He was wondering for my Grandchild.
I found out for him. $5,500.00.
You won’t see any little Gaskilldawgs retrieving tee at Sanford.
Get the Hugh Freeze and Auburn hate, but in the 15 or so years that I’ve known who he is, this is the first thing I’ve ever heard him say that I completely agree with. To make fun of what he’s saying, I think, misses the mark big time.
I paid just under $1800 for two seats this year. The McGill Society folks pay a lot more than I do. I don’t understand this idea that the “common man” who doesn’t buy season tickets is somehow singled out. Everyone pays a lot of money for their tickets, and the ones who get them from the school are the ones who renew every year and then a small minority who throw huge amounts of money at the AA to get the handful of renewables tickets that break free each year.
By now, surely Lulu and Junior have succumbed to arteriosclerosis.
Let’s not let facts get in the way of a good meme.
You can’t sell something you don’t own. It just means some poor landlord is going to have to wait another 90 days for the rent.
Cigarettes, beer, and aubrun football. Sounds about right.
Is everything ok today? It is not usual for no posts.
