Georgia Bulldogs senior defensive back David Daniel-Sisavanh is no longer with the team. Sisavanh, who had 29 total tackles and two pass deflections over the past three seasons, was expected to be part of Georgia’s defensive backs rotation.
“We wish David good luck during his next step,” said Georgia head coach Kirby Smart in a statement the school released. Daniel-Sisavanh is no longer with the team due to a violation of team rules.

Running back Branson Robinson may be closer to helping Georgia this fall than originally predicted.
Tuesday, Kirby Smart revealed that the redshirt sophomore – who missed all of last year with a ruptured patella tendon – is making good progress.
“He looks really good. I won’t say he’s 100 percent cleared, but man, he looks great out there running,” Smart said at SEC Media Days. “His weight is down, which I think is going to put less pressure on that injury and those knees. He looks good running around out there. I’ve been really pleased with the way he’s looked. I don’t know if he’ll be 100 percent at the start of camp, but I feel like he’ll be close.”

Georgia defensive end Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins is recovering from a foot injury. He played in the Orange Bowl, but was out this spring.
“Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins is battling to come back,” said Smart. “He had a significant foot injury that we think he’ll be good to go by (fall) camp. But it’s something that you have to be really smart about the load and the amount of work you put on it.”
Georgia senior linebacker Smael Mondon, who is one of Georgia’s several players to be arrested this offseason, missed spring practice with a foot injury.
“Smael’s still battling back. I don’t know if he’ll be cleared for fall camp or not. He should be close,” said Kirby Smart
