We all wanted to hear how he’s dealing with the street racing crap, and he’s definitely ramped up the punishments. But it’s still happening. That’s been my view all along, that kids don’t respond as much to higher levels of punishment as they do to getting caught in general. If the risk is low, they keep doing it. The more kids that get caught, the less it happens. But good on Kirby for doing whatever he can on his end to try to curb the practice.
