Prime Time Test

Not only are we going to get some early tests to start the season, but we are going to be in some electric environments for the challenge.

Three games away from Athens, two at night, and Lord help us if they are close in Tuscaloosa and they fire up Dixieland Delight.

There’s some high drama points in each, to sum:

  • Will this be the end of an era for Dabo?
  • Will Brock and Jamon Dumas-Johnson finally get Stoops over the hump…
  • Kalen Deboer’s first test against the SEC, in Tuscaloosa, at night.

At least the WLOCP is at the traditional 3:30 kickoff. A gentle reminder of night games in Jacksonville:

And we unfortunately recall how that turned out.

  1. Kirby’s Dawgs are looking to kick ass anytime of the day

  2. Oh well, you take their money you take their schedule. Dabo had better hope his kids can play or he will be a goner. Remember “adapt or died”, it’s natures way.

  3. Since they screwed us with the opener being a nooner I’m glad to see this.

  4. BTW, I just realized y’all have been posting more than I knew. For some reason if I just refresh the site it doesn’t show me most recent posts. I have to click on the name of the author to see all they have posted. I’m a technologically challenged hillbilly so the problem is very possibly on my end but I wanted to let somebody know in case it was costing the site traffic. I want to see this thing grow. I was real encouraged by seeing some commenters yesterday that I hadn’t seen over here yet.

    • Thanks for letting us know. We will look in to it and figure out what’s going on. I think the Senator’s spirit is driving this content, and it’s just fun to see the comments and it’s not for monetary gain. We all loved GTP and want to keep the spirit alive, so whatever it takes to keep you up to speed, we will do it. Might provide a clarifying post tomorrow.
