  1. I start the day watching our granddaughters play soccer. They ran a race early this morning and came in first and third in their age groups. Then to our son’s house to grill some burgers before watching the game tonight. Go Dawgs! Auburn sucks.

  2. I wasn’t going to be able to see the game because it was going to be starting after midnight while I was in the UK. Glad to be in a car coming home early from a business trip to see the family and the Dawgs!

  7. The simple fact that none of us are surprised that all of Auburn’s offensive weaknesses were about to become strengths against UGA is telling. I hope this doesn’t age well, but damn. We are third down U for offenses.

    • I hear you. The silver lining is a loss to GT usually ends a denial that change is needed in the staff.

    • Why is their D front 7 able to do what ours can’t? Watching our front 7 closely on the opening drive it seemed like we are slow to read and react to the play. This makes no sense.

      And Mike…2 &17 screens are your new small RB draw plays. STOP IT!

    • This being normal is exactly why we shouldn’t be calm.

      But, I am not angry, yelling at the TV, none of that. It is more like watching a bad movie on Netflix, that you didn’t remember watching the first time.

  18. Fire Schumann AND Bobo. Defense looks like crap with no improvement at all this year and 2nd and 17 WR screens for no gain are enough to fire Bobo for me.

    • I’ve been saying that Schumann and Bobo cannot be our coordinators next year. Keep them on staff, you extended them, but we DESPERATELY need, need, need new blood on this staff.

  30. Auburn held the ball for 11 minutes in the first quarter. Georgia ran six plays. Six. If Auburn sucks, and they do, what does that make us?

  33. So Auburn ranks 36th in D YPP and UGA ranks 40th. On offense, Auburn ranks 99th and UGA ranks 53. The D should be doing better than it is.

    • Starts with the coaches. In this day and age “players” sucking isn’t good enough even though they do suck tonight. Mostly because of not knowing where there assignments are and stupid dumb play calls by both coordinators. It always starts with coaching

Kirby to me, has taken a step back and is playing ceo instead of being hands on with his coordinators. Maybe he just knows his players aren’t up to snuff this season idk. I’ll tell you one thing for sure bobo Is terrible for sure. That has been proven imo. Defense is lost as shown on that last play with there qb running all over a king smart defense

  41. Kirby thrived when he could build talent on top of talent and had Monken and Lanning. He is stuck to a process that is broken. Its silly to say we need a change, but he is going to have to get innovative with coaching. This is just not going to magically start working. Auburn is a bad team, people.

    • I never would’ve thought Smart would be complacent. Not saying he is but it looks like it.

      It doesn’t matter what he calls if the OL steps aside and lets the entire defense through.

  50. Finally. A time out. I cant even type about how bad we sucked before we’ve sucked 5 more times. I love how easy Auburn can get the ball out on our soft D. Meanwhile, Auburn is sending everybody and somehow nobody is open. This reeks of we had one gameplan on offense, a defensive coordinator knew what that would be, and we have no response.

  55. Have not looked this bad and this lost since…2016? Auburn doing nothing special but abusing our D and horribly depleted OL. Too much talent and payroll for this to be the case. Some players better be looking in the mirror. Some coaches better be looking at want ads.

  57. Third and Schumann and now we will be down 17-0 at the half. We look unprepared and completely lost most every first half. But this is a new low.

    • Georgia has only run 12 plays the entire first half. Auburn ran more on their first drive. Halfway through the first quarter Auburn had already run more plays than we did the in thirty minutes. That has to be a record for the fewest number of plays ever run in a half. Pathetic.

  63. As bad as our D is, and it’s not good, we cannot expect them to play 60 minutes. Bobo is a tool that is easily exposed by a decent D and gameplan. We are calling timeouts to get the ball back with time. I cant imagine why.

  68. Maybe we can finish 6-6 and get a matchup with Pedo State or Free Shoes U in the Weed Eater Bowl. we’ve sunk to that level this year.
