Only one game day post this weekend, the Dawgs are taking a well-deserved bye after making brisket of the horns last weekend. Here’s what is on tap today:
Games of interest today? How about Navy? Can they stay unbeaten? Notre Dame will probably be their toughest test before they get to Army. Come on Midshipmen! And, I’m sure most of GTP Nation will be cutting their eyes over to Nebraska to see if they can pull the upset over the Bucknuts.
I’m fairly certain at least one of our regulars will be tuned in at 1530 today for the Illini and the Ducks. Can Mizzou eliminate Bama? Inquiring minds want to know. My advice to DeBoer? If you lose this one, invest in brick proof windows. And, of course, the icing on the cake would be for Vandy to take out the Horns.

Don’t have much interest in the MsSt/Ark game but did see another horrible call by the refs when State clearly scored and the refs took it from them. You just can’t count on a well officiated game..the Bozo Zebras of the SEC are inept and dishonest or both.

The more games I watch this season, the more convinced I am that the Dawgs have as good a shot as any team to win the SEC and the natty. Keep the key pieces healthy, keep improving, and both titles are there for the taking. Ole Miss looked, uh, not great at home vs. one of the worst teams in the conference. LSU makes a zillion mistakes a game. TAMU ain’t bad, but they don’t scare anybody. Texas beat Vandy by a FG. Bama smoked a Mizzou team playing its 2nd-string, INT-machine QB. TN is…ok. Miami is Miami (LOL). We already beat Clemson down. anOSU nearly lost to Nebraska at home. Oregon is pretty good, but their schedule isn’t. Happy hate week, part deux, y’all. FTMF.
