Reckon how many seconds will be left on the clock at the end of the Michigan/UTEP game? Western Kentucky, we’re all rooting for you, go be great. Does Auburn/Florida have any luster to it at all? Neither ranked, yet they get a night game while the #2 team in the country plays at noon (technically 11am). Nebraska favored by 25.5 over North Dakota? Hell, an upset here wouldn’t surprise me. Kennesaw State, we’re all rooting for you, go be great.

Watching Vandy/NCST. Two thoughts:
Jared Curtis is fun to watch.
He will be killed by an SEC defense.
I hate to say it but Jared Curtis is not a bad QB. He is making lots of plays to keep the dores in this game. Can’t wait to play them though and hopefully the dawg defense shuts him down.
Holy crap NC State, that was the worst play call of all time! Who the hell has their QB dance around IN THE END ZONE trying to run out clock? Put him under center and push forward, damn!
Couldn’t do that and risk time still being in the clock on turnover on down. But he didn’t need to wait to get tackled. Just go down for safety and kick the ball away with 2 seconds left if you have to.
Fair enough, anything but what they actually did, wasn’t aware it was 4th down, only saw replay after the live play. In that case, I’d have just told him, eat as much clock as you can, then step out the back, we’ll do the free kick and get out of here. Horrible coaching.
