that is almost certainly a felony attempt to elude at that speed, which carries a mandatory, non suspendable, non probatable ONE YEAR IN PRISON.
Sometimes a prosecutor may reduce it to a misdemeanor to avoid the mandatory year, but even then it’s usually at least 6 months. Depends on a lot of facts I don’t know as to the eventual result, but I am reading this right, he better hire a top flight lawyer pronto.
