I told my text group Henley was going to punk Rose in a Playoff.
Putting did in Henley. Usually it’s the driving that gets the Dawgs.
Henley hit a shot of a lifetime into 10 green, and should have made the putt. Then his drive and approach into 11 were both spot on, and he missed that makeable putt as well…very unlike him. He was right where he needed to be, but could not close. DGD!!
I was glad to see him go for it, unlike Chip Beck who laid up on 15 when he had his one and only shot in 1993.
Henley was playing for the win, rather than playing for a top 10.
