Had a nice little Saturday morning; didn’t go to Home Depot or Bed, Bath, and Beyond. I did do a little yard work, went antiquing with Mrs. Dawglicious, then lunch at a little Cajun joint in Eufaula, Alabama while watching the WarTiglesmen got whacked by LSU. Spent the rest of the day with the quad box featuring the loony ending to BYU-UCF, grilled chicken thighs, and hoping Texa$$ would blow another lead. How ’bout y’all on the glorious beautiful day this off week?

Welp, my personal pool picks started strong like our Dawgs, with a couple of quick wins, but quickly turned to a sea of red ink with nary a hint of any kind of comeback. 3-9…yecchh.

As of this posting, it appears that the remnants of Hurricane Isaiah Isiah Isaias* will be north of T-town by the 6:30 Slow Time kickoff, so likely no Sunday kick or postponement is on the way.

Before we recognize our weekly and season leaders, I just want to say that the first two quarters of our Dawgs’ belt-to-hindparts takedown of the Sooners was as an enjoyable half of football that I remember watching.
For those of you among the 93,000+ in the future Sanford-Smart Stadium, it sure looked like a good time on TV!
