Some of you made mention that some of the reserves need to get more playing time to keep them from hitting the portal. Well, I guess you’ll get some good news for this week’s game and our running backs:

I really have to keep asking this, but is there something more going on with Roderick Robinson? His dad posted the love for Kiffin after the Ole Miss game, and the guy supposedly has turf toe…and has missed 11 weeks?
So who are we going to see this Saturday? Peanut? Bowens? Or will this be the start of a new legacy?

Maybe all the focus shouldn’t be on coordinators, maybe it’s Ron Courson’s fault (kidding).
What’s wrong with our players’ feet? I’ve never seen so many foot and ankle injuries. Remember during the Richt years when it was like half the team had shoulder problems? It reminds me of that. As far as Roderick Robinson he can pack his stuff and go as far as I’m concerned.
Cash must have gotten hurt on that play where all five O-linemen decided to whiff on their blocks. Never seen anything like it in college.
Plus Cash ain’t the biggest guy out there….I don’t understand running him up the middle….EVER!
Frazier is our only healthy RB with playing time?! The BDS crowd is going to go nuts with the play-calling. Missing half your crayonz is no way to paint a masterpiece. Yes, you will see bubble screens. They have to work for 3 – 8 yards to suck in the UT safeties and get Smith in single coverage for deep shots. Someone in the WR/TE corps has got to step up and get open for Carson or we’ll have far too many 3 & outs.
I really don’t understand why no other RBs have been rotating in and we’ve not used the jet sweep much with Smith and Bell. WTF is going on at practice? Guys on crutches and in wheelchairs just hanging around and watching? Of course not, so why aren’t more guys in games? In today’s world the whole redshirt thing is bogus…use ‘em while you got them.
Speaking of deep shots…..I don’t understand why there were NO deep shots vs Ole Miss! Can’t say that the safeties weren’t basically sitting in the box in that game!
And what about all the reports that the O-Line is/was so banged up in the Ole Miss game, but now only one OL is on the injury report? Jake Rowe said on the radio this week that they were rotating guys in and out all game long at Ole Miss just trying to get a few plays out of each guy because everyone was so banged up.
As for Roderick Robinson, a buddy of mine that is an orthopedic surgeon told me back in late August after Kirby announced that he had surgery that he wouldn’t anticipate Roderick playing at all in 2024. Maybe, maybe, if the Dawgs went deep in the CFP, but unlikely in the regular season.
I reaaaaalllly hope he stays. I dunno, but the thought of him carrying the rock a bunch in the 2nd half of games has me salivating. I sure hope he isn’t headed to (puke) greener pastures in Oxturd…
