You can take “offensive” to mean the side of the ball or a descriptor, based on your personal opinion of line play to date. We all have an opinion on that one. With the current hyper-focus of criticism falling on Schumann’s defensive front, the talk around the O Line has been a little quieter lately. Davin Bellamy has an opinion on the matter:

They seem to be figuring it out. While not exactly perfect, they are evolving and getting stronger. And nastier.
If the O Line can stay healthy and keep gelling as a unit, the offensive side of the ball is going to hum.
What should be interesting to see, this weekend at least, is can the defensive front six/seven (PTSD for parents…six-seeeveennn) put Arnold on the turf, not just once or twice, but multiple times? While Arnold has some scrappy scrambling ability, Auburn hasn’t exactly allowed their QB to arise from a game with a clean backside, as the Tigers are dead last in the nation with 21 sacks allowed.
Games are won in the trenches. Let’s hope revving on both sides of the ball this Saturday night.
OL coming around for sure but let’s stop the hurry-up short yardage plays. They’re good for change of pace at times but we have so much skill talent we can afford to substitute and get the right personnel and play call in place.
DL needs a coming of age party Saturday night.
Davin needs to explain this “players on the field matter” theory of football to quite a few people out there.
Its not two coaches with equal sets of chess pieces, guys.
Its about which team has players who “obillerate!!” along the LOS and which players get “obillerated.”
Now you can occasionally “obillerate” along the LOS and fuck up just enough other shit to lose by 3 but that is rare.
Keep up with the “obillerations” and the wins will keep coming.

OL has played well over all and the glaring bad plays have been by young pups thrown into the fire early. Other than injuries, the group has been a positive for sure.
The O line has been a positive for me. Sure, the busted block on 4th down against Bama was unfortunate, but it was a correctable mistake and not an inherent deficiency. The D line needs to get it together. 7 sacks with 37 sack yards lost is a far cry from the D lines that Georgia has had in recent memory.
Too many good recruiters and too few ball coaches, is beginning to be noticed. Defensive line pass rush is not up to past standards. I have been Musoning on this all season.
They’re making strides in the face of numerous injuries. Something to be proud of. Huge challenge on Saturday.
