RBU – Rep, Build, Unbeatable

Strength and Conditioning, in two acts.

Shot:

Chaser:

For context, here’s some common 600 pound things:

Nick Chubb has had his legs almost literally broken in half, yet could body slam a grizzly bear in a fight.

Somewhere, Scott Sinclair is smiling.

Probably with a full plate hanging off each ear.

  1. Excuse my lack of brain strength, wouldn’t it just be easier for Mr. Chubb to just squat the whole building…GO DAWGS!!

  2. If I were Roger Goodell, I would be parading Chubb around the country as a goodwill ambassador, saying “here’s the role model you’ve been looking for”.

  3. what I loved was Nick squats close to 600 pounds then simply walks away like no big deal. Absolute role model.

  4. B-Rob is ….dayum .

if he and R-Rob were to wind up in the backfield at the same time ?!?

  5. Nick Chubb’s internal strength to continue to come back from otherwise career ending injuries is awe inspiring. His family must be so proud.

  6. Hyperbole is the point of your list of things that weigh 600 pounds, but I had to fact check the Clydesdale. On average, males weigh 2000 pounds, mares might weigh as little as 1600 pounds. Even a racing thoroughbred weighs 1000 pounds. Jus’ sayin’.

  7. Branson Robinson looks like a freaking action figure. Dear God, those defenses best not skip breakfast before suiting up against him.

  8. I saw B Rob doing drills at Kirby camp. Trust me he is full go.

  9. Fuck Neyland Stadium and that goat track they call a field.
