Just a reminder…all glory is fleeting. What this says about Alabama, who knows, but some of the advanced metrics suggests that Bama hasn’t played very tough teams this season, and Georgia might be their first “quality” opponent. On the road. At night.

  2. Virginia fans were a little quick to storm the field last night. That looked scary. Also, against a team that was 2-10 last year? Big fat Meh.

    • FSU was #8, and Virginia only had 4 wins over top 10 opponents. But was beating FSU worthy of storming the field? I don’t think so.

      • Just goes to show rankings don’t mean squat, lets check in on the rankings late November early December, Is UGA football the fifth best in the nation of college football, ain’t got the faintest, though they be #1 in mine Red n Black heart, don’t for a moment believe free shoes was a top 10 team, during/after tonight’s event UGA football should have a better idea of who we are and where we are headed, 2024 for CKS was a tough year, certain issues sometimes heal slower than others, CKS has UGA football right where he likes it, good enough to say so, enough mistakes for improvement/development…GO DAWGS!!

  3. I don’t mind Virginia storming the field. If you north Georgia boys knew how obnoxious Florida State fans are you would understand. They’re like South Carolina if South Carolina actually had won something in the past. They think the national title goes through them and even when they suck, which is often, they think they’re one or two players away from absolute greatness. It really gets old. And the worst part is, a lot of their “fans” down here in this part of the state used to be Georgia “fans” and jumped onnthe bandwagon during the nineties. I’m always happy when they lose. Nice work, Virginia.

    • In the pecking order of things, I am glad to see FSU lose to an unranked (?) UVA. I was pretty damn glad to see FSU thump the Tide… And, since Tyler Simmons was ON-FUCKING-SIDES, I hope Kirby and the boys put the stones to Bama. May there be no tide in the stadium other than what is used to clean the jerseys tomorrow. #FTMF.

    • Amen, Mike. Every other person had their convenience store FSU caps and Tees back when we had Goff and they had Diddy Bowden.

  4. Went to the season opener FSU versus LSU in Orlando a couple of years ago with friends. The level of arrogance mixed with obnoxiousness displayed by the FSU fans was a great reminder. I carried that memory to our bowl game at Hard Rock. Throughly enjoyed every point scored.
