I was there! 40 yd line, 15 rows up. Bama side.The Bams were pissed. Dawgs dominated the game, collapsed late. We were high fiving/celebrating in the stands. Almost had to fight our way out of BD. A great road tripper! Post game was almost even better than the game/ending!!

Could there be a bigger drop off going from Munson to Howard calling games? Unfortunately the next play by play guy ain’t much better than Howard.
Yep, I began watching that clip expecting to hear the Great One and was sadly disappointed. I didn’t realize we have been without Munson for so long.

I remember watching this game and telling my wife that we should go for the jugglar on the first play. She’s an Auburn alum so she was very happy with the outcome. I really think that Auburn folks would rather see the Gumps lose than see their own team win.
I was there! Unfortunately, every other UGA game I’ve attended since then saw the good guys lose, and not coincidentally they were all against Bama (2012 SECCG, 2015 rain game, 2017 Natty).
