Members of the 2024 team received some bling on Saturday.
And some shade for our friend in the Lone Star State:
It’s nice to know that a quarterback who wasn’t playing hold out in an extra game was instrumental in winning the ring. That’s something that the Everything School can’t say, either…and maybe that’s also what is meant by “It Just Means More”. Something tells me it does at Georgia, for sure, and to Kirby Smart. It definitely means a lot to this guy:
Speaking of…I wonder how they get the rings to everyone who since transferred? Do they ship it to Miami, College Station, and Columbia?
Transfers will find their rings at the lost &found window at BM.
If a student athlete played the whole season and still on the UGA football roster, they receive a full ring, those that departed receive one half ring and so on…GO MUDITA!!
What is “Mudita” on the bottom of the ring?
I asked the interwebz the same question, and lo and behold the phone call came from inside the house:

Mudita is a Pali and Sanskrit word that means the joy we feel from others happiness and good fortune. It’s sometimes referred to as ‘sympathetic’ or ‘appreciative joy’. It’s when something good happens to someone we know and we feel great in turn.
Winning the SEC championship will never get old.
This is the way.
