I’m Finished

Hello all. This should appropriately sum it up, if you don’t desire to read further.

Michael (the Senator) was only in his sixties when he departed. I’m currently 52, and having to reflect on my life choices. As you all know, I’m going through a divorce.

Last weekend, I had the kids, per the temporary custodial agreement. I never thought I’d have to have an agreement to see the people that mean the most to me, and that I created.

As Vonnegut, my favorite author said, “so it goes”.

Life isn’t easy, or fair. If you’d told me I’d be in this position when I was ten years younger, I’d have thought you crazy. I’m solid. I’m a respected member of the community. A good husband, good dad.

Courts and psychosis says otherwise. In the span of time from last season’s Tech game until now I’ve been posting as a prisoner of my own choices. Standing idle and alone while dealing with a divorce.

It’s a strange place, defending what you love. Until November of last year, I enjoyed defending college football, and, more specifically, Georgia football.

To be honest, though, I watched a grand total of three minutes of football last weekend. It’s just not that important. It was all Georgia, but it didn’t matter. The girls wanted to watch Katseye or something else, I don’t remember, but it didn’t matter.

I had dreams of taking them all to a Georgia game. I can’t afford it, in good time or not. We named our youngest as we watched Sony Michel walk in a touchdown in Pasadena. She’s Georgia. She’s amazing, she’s strong, and she’s full of a complete vernacular of profanity that only a kid named Georgia could have. Maybe you could say she’s cursed with that name. But truth be known, she’s never seen Georgia lose to Tech, and I’ll give her credit if she’s ever mystified when she sees it happen.

I told my oldest, Pearl, who is just now getting into sports, that we hadn’t lost to Auburn since my middle child was born. She thought that was neat, but they (my girls) were shocked to find out Georgia lost. It was just unheard of in our household. But it was time to play Uno, so who fucking cares.

Color me shocked. Georgia losing, when I was growing up, was a Richter Scale movement in my heart. My girls don’t care. Honestly, I shouldn’t anymore. Maybe, in the grand scheme of things, we shouldn’t either.

The game is money. It honestly always has been, if we’re being honest. But the new perversity that is the 24 team playoff just solidifies that, and the majority of the season, to me, makes it more likely for me to accept the invitation to a September wedding I’ve never had accepted before. And that’s a shame.

I’ve had multiple relatives marry or have kids during college football season. I used to have the headphones in or watching on my phone. Not anymore.

I’m going hunting this weekend. I plan to sit in the stand and get closer to God, and peace, which is what you do in divorce. It’s not an Aaron Rogers transitive thing, it’s just connecting to something that has remained the same to me for my entire life. It’s peaceful, purposeful, and productive. It always has been. Sports, on the other hand, has been a temptive woman promising more. But it never delivered.

Maybe it’s from being a Falcons fan or Braves fan, but it has never satisfied. Even the two National Championships couldn’t erase the pain of life as I knew it with my soon to be ex-wife.

So it goes.

I’ve enjoyed posting here, and in all honesty, it has been in best of times and worst of times. Quality of work may have been compromised by quality of life. No, fuck that, it has. I had more fun with this when life was more fun, and when I wasn’t seeing my love, my heart, every other weekend.

I accepted and embraced my influence, if you can call it that, and someone yesterday said “suckcess” should be a part of the GTP Refugee Lexicon. I’m proud of that. Terms like Archduke and Texass have moved from my own sophomoric humor to Lexicon. That’s cool.

But what’s more cool is life, especially the life you brought into this world, and that’s my priority right now. I remain committed to posting here, but not the five a day I’ve been doing. It drives engagement, but we don’t make money and money would help right about now, so know it’s just for pure joy and passion for what we all experienced at GTP and hold fast to now. The blog was our happy place, and we want it to continue. Everyone wants their happy to continue.

So it goes.

I remain committed here to the community, but won’t be as present as I used to be. And it’s not for bad reason, as I hopefully explained here. I love you all, enjoy your comments more than you will ever understand, and hope for the continued success of this space.

But when you look at the stats and see how much youve posted and realize you could’ve written a book by now, which is a goal of mine, you question life and reality. But I don’t question my heart.

It’s faith, family, and football. Faith and family has screamed louder now and I have to attend to it.

Football, on the other hand, continues to influence itself I ways I can’t control.

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference

Don’t get me wrong, it’s still fun to watch. But I can’t accept a world where Kentucky is the SEC leader. Some things are supposed to be understood, until they’re not. It’s Bizzaro land, and I can’t make sense of it.

As my other favorite author said (Hunter S. qThompson), “when the going gets weird, the weird turn pro,”

I may come back here reformed. I hope I do, making light of things in the CFP world, but for now, I’m jaded, and accepting the influence and dealing with reality is beyond my desire to understand.

I get it, until I don’t.

While it might not seem like a lot, keeping up here requires a little research. I’d say two hours on Twitter, socials, and news flashes, then another two creating posts. I will readily admit that some of them, if not most, sucks. But it’s there, and it’s there for you. And Twix, as much as I hate it, is easily translatable here

While some have criticized what I put here (note: I don’t give two shits), I went back and looked at the Senators posts. In the latter years, it was a link to Twix and a few sentences. Sanson Carrasco, you can go fuck yourself as far as I’m concerned. And yes, he hit a nerve. Understandable if you know what I’m going through. As evidence, here’s a picture.

This is me. I’m not 72 years old, but this is what an 8, 10, and 12 year old do to you, which is funny. Oh, pictured is a man who looks elderly but is capable of raising his kids.

I’d like to point out that I have nice, muscular legs. In a 50s kinda way. I need to shave my head again and dye it blonde like I did at Riverbend and College Station in 1995.

Ah, memories. Smelling the hydrogen peroxide melting into my head. Somehow that foul smell was way better fhan college football reality today, and that is with knowing the guy who did that with my hair is now dead. And the guy doing it is a former attorney. He was smart, strong, and like a lot of people I know, gone too soon.

Life is precious. It’s fleeting and I’m done.

Adios, amigos. Time to write a new narrative.

  1. Damn. I feel your pain. While I haven’t been thru a divorce I feel like it these days. The sport I so loved is being raped by a bunch of greed stricken university presidents and television. I left MLB in the steroid years and have never returned. I used to watch it every damn day. Now I’m beginning to wonder if that end is near for me with college football. College baseball is crazy. I loved that too, but now I have to relearn a whole roster from year to year. I don’t know what my next steps will be but I’m just getting close to done. Prayers for you and hope you get a big 8 point and some peace.

  2. Thanks for everything you and the rest of the Junior Senators did to keep this site going. I hate everything you are going through. I pray for you by name each day for you to receive peace and strength. Don’t be a stranger.

  3. Apologies for any additional pain I’ve caused. I obviously had no way of knowing about any of the above when I threw an offhand comment to what I thought was invited feedback about the blog. I read the room wrong and didn’t meant to cause any existential crises. My complaint is largely with algorithmic social media (bad for society in general), not the individuals that use it.

Prayers for peace and balance going forward in a tough situation. Kids are far more important than a sports blog.

    • JP had shared these personal issues before. And your comment wasn’t off hand. Nor was it invited.

Why people can’t simply skip what they don’t want to read without stopping to bitch is beyond me.

Rhetoric and disagreement, via whatever literary tools one chooses to employ, or avoidance, should be the rule around here.

If you don’t like whats on offer, simply go to the next post. It can be done without commentary that does nothing but inhibit content. Which we need more of, not less.

No reason in the world to give one of the content creators the “yips” because they’re worried about getting dinged over it. They shouldn’t have to put up with that bullshit. Its time consuming business to have content on here for folks. Read it, comment about it, argue over it or pass on it. No good reason to seek out any other option.

      • Getting this in early so everyone can see it: FUCK YOU DEREK.

My comment has nothing to do with jpmcdonough or Carrasco. I haven’t seen the prior post, but I do read the apology above and one man taking accountability for his actions. Whether credible or not is between JP and Carrasco. Who are you to run in from the side with a sucker punch with your smarmy entitlement to dare call balls and strikes on others?

Derek, you remain the obnoxious bully on this blog. You’re not half as smart in the head as you act, and your mouth is about twice as smart as your insurance can afford. You’re demonstrative of everything that’s wrong with social media engagement. You’re a gaslighter. You’re a decorum policeman. I’m willing to bet in real life and in school you’re the pathological follower none of us would choose to be friends with.

In summary, you just come across as a pathetic anti-social loaner, on the spectrum with your one learned social tool of antagonizing others for attention. A lesson you and other jerks never learned: attention doesn’t equate to popularity.

          • Out of respect for jp, right there with you. Keep an eye on those “likes” however. Other changes may be in line with the turning of the seasons.

        • Before commenting myself, because I did not know and didn’t want to comment without full information, I went back and found what led to JP’s comment, here it is in full:

“Sansón Carrascon October 8, 2026 at 9:16 am said:

Yeah, I figured it out, but some posts on here seem to come from at least one author who probably spends a little too much time on twitter. For those of us that don’t use twitter or other social media, it can sometimes come across as trying to decipher a mutually intelligible language, like a Finn talking to a Swede or a Russian talking to a Ukrainian.

Blogs are inherently different than social media, and I think if you’re gonna run a blog it shouldn’t be much of a “hey, I saw this thing on social media, let me repost it with very little added context.” If you don’t have content to post, I’d rather not read the latest social media silliness for the sake of something new showing up.”

You may find his apology above sufficient and on point. I don’t. You’re free, as am I, to have an opinion on it. Likewise, you are free to decide you hate a comment just because of who made it. And you are also free to hate me. Free country and whatnot.

At an appropriate time, please feel free to reply to me with the grossest example of “obnoxious bully[ing]” you can find. Must be a pile of them lying around. Send as many as you like. I assure you that I will give it all the attention it deserves up to and including a full and sincere apology.

          • Geez what a loser. “Reply to me with evidence so I can dismiss it with my various fancy argumentative rhetoric devices!”

Go re-read your passive aggressive hounding of others about how Gunner lost us the Auburn game. Specifically bitching around eethomas after he notified you multiple times to move on.

You’re a dissatisfied sulking coward. You make this board miserable for everyone else. I’ve read where many people want you gone—again on that Auburn thread!—and everyone is tired of you. Yet you still come around, some pathetic mutt of Minkus and O’Bannon.

You can’t name one friend you have on this site. Not even 1! And you’ve been posting here for at least 10 years. That says it all.

          • Derek and I don’t see eye to eye consistently as shown over the last couple of days. I also know he wants what’s best for the Dawgs, so he’s all right with me.

My problem is when people say things here they would never say to the person’s face without being ready to duck. I know I’ve written things either here or at GTP that I regret after doing it.

        • Because thats what he does…ALL the time, and has to always get the last comment in, He’s insufferable azz, If the mods want to block be , so be it.

          • We all know he’s a blowhard on here. He’s also admitted he quiet in public.

Like others have said, he ain’t ever gotten checked cause he knows he ain’t safe in public with his internet mouth.

      • There was a post on the blog either that day or the day before asking for feedback due to decreased traffic. My post you quoted was in direct response to a reply that directly invoked said feedback invitation

Obviously I wrote the point I was trying to get across poorly given how it was taken by jp. Wasn’t trying to personally insult anyone but I get that’s how he saw it, and I could have written it better in hindsight. That’s on me for not taking the time to read/edit an offhand (and it was, regardless of what you want to believe) comment before I posted it. Moreover, that particular post clearly wasn’t the appropriate place to provide feedback in hindsight.

        • Agreed. I know there was a context/background there.

I hope that JP appreciates your clarification. I certainly do, fwiw.

Having watched the Senator struggle with it, and having participated as a content creator here, I can tell you it can be a brutal and thankless fucking role without simultaneously going through other personal issues.

No one is trying to do anything but provide an entertaining forum in which people are free to share their views… and to hate me. So let’s try and appreciate what we have and make constructive suggestions to the content creators.

I don’t think anyone is more concerned about whether the readership likes or appreciates a particular post more than the person who put it up there. The engagement with it, or lack thereof, is all the negative feedback that will ever be necessary.

  4. Thank you for all the time and great effort to keep this band of scalawags together. Your work here to entertain and maintain us has been greatly enjoyed and appreciated.

Faith, family and finally football is the perfect order to keep moving forward in. Prayers and best wishes to you and your’s for happiness and love going forward.

  5. Hate what you are going through, JP and pray the other side of the tunnel arrives sooner than expected. Hang in there. Praying for you and your situation. I know it must be tough.

    Hunker down.

  6. I wish you the best and have always enjoyed your insights. I have not been through a divorce but we lost our daughter 7 years ago, way too early. For me, the pain never completely goes away, but gets more bearable with every passing day.

I am not a religious man, so I would be Family first, so do all to take care of your children.

    Best thoughts & wishes

  7. Heartbreaking to read what you and your family are going through. Know that you are greatly appreciated on this blog but whatever you and your children need comes first always. I hope you all reach a place where there is peace and harmony in raising those precious children. We’ll be here whenever you feel like posting so don’t feel pressured, I know you won’t. Good luck brother! You’re currently on a terribly hard path but there is hope and resolution ahead.

  8. Thanks for all your efforts the past couple of years, hope you are able to get the personal stuff sorted out…..

  9. Wishing you the best, jp. I hope things end up well. Thank you for everything you’ve done here. Hope to see you around from time to time, but if not God speed.

  10. Always love your post. You have a gift with your writing. Pursue that book. I lost a son, June was two years ago. 30 years old. We miss him everday. Spend as much time with those girls as possible. In the Grand Scheme of it all, they are the most important thing. Prayers to you and I’ll be looking for your post. Better days are ahead.

    • So sorry for your loss! My son is 27 now and looking at him, I can only vaguely imagine your pain and loss. My prayers for you and your family moving forward, hope for healing and keeping the memories alive.

  11. Thank you for all the effort you have put into making the blog a place we could gather. Prayers for you and your girls as you go through this new and painful path. Your girls are the most important. Time with them is sacred.

  12. Your work on this blog has been EXCELLENT and appreciated.

I went through an unwanted divorce—a painful beyond imagination marathon —25 years ago. Such an ungodly, sickening process.

With two small children—preschool age. We all emerged better than okay. They are terrific well adjusted wonderful grownups now.

You are wise to heed “ to whom do we owe what?”

    Gods blessings on you.

  13. JP, I have really enjoyed your posts on this site and cannot say enough how much I appreciate all you have done to keep this community going. You are an excellent writer. I wish the best to you and your family.

  14. JP, I also appreciate what you and your compadres have done to keep the site alive following the Senator’s death. I am also going through divorce and know what you mean. I pray you and yours finish the process and arrive on the other side as well as possible. Wishing you the best, and don’t be a stranger.

    God’s speed!!

  15. My friend, we have never met in person although I have truly enjoyed working with you on this (you have the Senator’s gift, so don’t be a stranger).

On the personal front, Philippians 1:6 comes to mind this morning as you go through this stage of life. Take care of those girls … they are truly the most important thing along with your faith. Make sure you are taking care of yourself. You can’t be the best Dad to them( and someday, a grandfather to their kids) if you don’t.

On football, I’m with you. In the past, I would have been spitting mad the entire drive home on Saturday night after a game like that. I was disappointed but decided to listen to music on the way home rather than any post-game analysis. I didn’t watch a minute of a game after getting home because I didn’t want to watch a highlight reel. I read a little from the P2 post and the game day thread when I realized there are a lot of people like me who are becoming numb to the sport. I also saw some comments that made me sick to my stomach that some of us have become what we all hated about Alabama fans. I’ll just leave it at that.

Godspeed in what’s next for you and your family. This community regardless of our faith tradition will be rooting for you.

  16. Thanks for all of your hard work, JP. I look forward to hearing from you again and I pray that you find peace.

  17. Hate this for you, JP. You’re such a good writer and have made this a place more interesting, funny and thoughtful. I hope you get things im better balance soon and come back on the other side feeling like you’re on solid ground.

  18. JP, hang in there and take care of yourself and your girls. We’ll be here if you find the desire to drop in.

I really appreciate your efforts at keeping this place going. I agree with you on the state of CFB. Good lucky, buddy!

  19. This community has debated the awarding of this term before so I’m confident it applies here…

    …JP, you’re a Damn Good Dog!

  20. I’m sorry you’re going through this JP. Your priorities are definitely in order. You’ll remember all the time you spent with your gorls, whether it was on a ball field, in front of a movie, at their rehearsals, or anything else you do with them over the random game with Kentucky. It takes longer than anyone would want, but eventually the dust settles and you find yourself on the other side. You;ll get there, and you’ll be holding your kids’ hands to make sure they crossed safely.

    DGD = Damn Good Dad

  21. JP, like ee said we’ve never met in person, but I’ve enjoyed contributing to this little slice of the Bulldawg internets with you and will miss your daily insights. I’ll be praying for you and your family as you go through this tough time. Hope to see you around here soon!

  22. Serve where you are and that means being with your girls and your faith. Thanks for many a good morning read for me and the other Refugees.

  23. Bro, in the moment the world is closing in. I know, I’ve been there with two little girls (2 & 4). I had a solid attorney that gave me straight forward advice – here’s your child support obligation, best I can get you is joint custody & she be primary conservator (correct me if Im wrong online attorneys), assets split 50/50 (only married 5 +/- years) and you gotta sell the house. HOWEVER, I can lock her ass down in Tarrant County, Texas for as long as you live in Tarrant County, Texas because you’re a damn good dad!!! And so he did. My middle daughter came to live with me, my new wife (now of 28+ years) and her young half sister @ 15; thusly ending my child support obligation early 😂. The two daughters are both formally educated and outstanding moms/wife’s now! Our relationships are awesome. And I participated in every aspect of their lives as they were growing up. Wouldve been that way had I stayed married to their mom or not! While the divorce was ongoing, I watched UGA….but really wasnt watching. It was mind numbing. But it all came back to me. And it will all come back to you. And for what it’s worth, my 2nd (and last) attempt at marriage has been really good…a trade up if you will. Hang in there my man, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

  24. I understand. I missed most of the Auburn game because I was watching our granddaughters play softball. Several weeks ago we attended a wedding on game day. Both were inconceivable just a few years ago. Though I’ve never been divorced our marriage has gone through some very difficult times. We all need to prioritize what’s genuinely important in our lives – the people we love. This blog and Georgia football are a lot of fun. Both are meaningful in their own way. Neither are existential. Concentrate on your family. May God keep you and bless you. Thanks for all the enjoyment you have provided us here.

  25. I’ll be adding you to my prayer list. I went through a divorce 8 years ago after 25 years of marriage that crushed me. Definitely went through a period of where I was pissed off at the world. But thankfully I had men in my life that listened and pointed me towards Christ and eventually I found peace. Keep on drawing close and working on your relationship with Jesus, He is always there for you and with you.

  26. Always impressed with your writing talent and leadership demonstrated in transitioning this blog after the Senator’s passing. Also appreciated the considerable time you invested to regularly post.

I too reel myself in often with the Serenity Prayer so glad to see you quote it, hope it continues to help your perspective.

Best of luck to you and your family.

  27. Been there with the divorce. Amicable at the beginning, but her true colors came out in later years. All you can do is try to put your best foot forward, and be there as much as possible for your kids.

As for UGA football, I stopped living and dying by Saturday results a long while ago. Maybe it’s the wisdom that comes with age (I’m 49 now), maybe it’s the realization that if some 20-something kid fumbles a football that the sun will still rise in the morning, and I shouldn’t let it ruin my weekend/week.

Reach out if I can do anything to assist with the site, or if you just need to vent to another divorced dad.

    STG

  28. JP, its heart-breaking to hear what you’re having to endure. But I’m so awed with your self-awareness to understand where your true priorities lay. Children are everything. Your time with them is precious. You’ve clearly made sacrifices to help keep this thing going for Georgia fans and obviously its time for others to carry the torch. I appreciate your time and passion for this project and hope you find peace in the new life you’re building. God bless.

  29. JP – I hope you read this. Just want to give you a little encouragement from somebody you’ve never met, but felt obligated to share. I am about your age and lived in McDonough until moving to Cleveland, GA in May.

About 10 years ago I went through a divorce, I have 3, now teenage, daughters, and it’s brutal in every sense of the word. I am a man of few wrods so I’ll keep the rest short. It will get better and easier on the othe side with time. It sounds like you’re a man of faith, so stay close to God and let him be your Rock as he’s always there with you. Peace will come, as hard as things are now. Exodus 14:14

  30. JP – this is only the second time I have ever posted between this blog and the Senator’s

(which | read for years). One of my favorite sayings is: what a difference a year can make.

Unfortunately, it cuts both ways but is meant to be a reminder that better times will come

again. I went through a tough time not too long ago, and when some time passed, I am in a

much better place. All of that is easier to say and much harder to live, but at some point

you will arrive at a better place. We are all thinking about you.

  31. To what everyone else has so lovingly and caringly said..I say AMEN.

I went through all of this a long, long time ago. Even though I was broke, lonely and struggling with depression, my faith in Christ kept me going..and a lot of people who cared for me. You have those same things!

Take care of those little ones..and trust in the Lord. He will see you through.

You’ve got a lot of people praying for you…I’m praying for you starting now.

  32. JP, great job helping drive this blog. You are a machine & I’ve marveled at your content, creativity & production. Well done.

Good luck on navigating these life changes as well. I too am a divorced daddy of two great kids who gave me a run for my money 12 years ago having to navigate that mess. Your girls are going to be a major challenge through their teens & will take all of your energy & focus to manage. My daughter didn’t like me for a few of her teen years, but now, with her being a young adult, we could not be any closer.

Keep your nose to the grindstone & focus on your faith & your children. Know your finances well for divorce proceedings & don’t let her attorney intimidate you. Chasing tail as a “free man” is fun initially but will ring hollow eventually. You will heal with time & find a loving life partner in due time, as did I. Lean on your faith & if it appeals to you, reference my life verse that has gotten me through a great deal of adversity; 1st Corinthians 10:13. Peace brother!!

  33. JP, praying for you brother. The 3 most important things in your life should be your kids, your kids, and your kids. You owe us nothing and have given us much. I hope that you’re able to hang around and maybe get a smile or two out of what you have helped build. See you in the comment section.

    DGD.

  34. Thank you for all of the great posts. We will miss them but, as many others have said, you have your priorities in the correct order. Just know that you have folks on the left coast praying for you and your family.

  35. Thanks for everything JP. I hope each day gets just a little bit better for you. “This too shall pass.” Always found that to be a pretty good thing to keep in mind. Selfishly, I hope you’ll keep your foot in the door just enough to claw your way back in at some later date, but I respect and admire you for making the hard call. DGD

Ok, as they say in Athens, next man up. Who’s it gonna be, scamps?

  36. JP, it will get better. You have done an amazing job with this blog. My only tool for the Dawgs. I too have been there, but that faith will help get you through. Also football ain’t what it was to me and l don’t carry that loss all week like before. I do think age has something to do with it. Praying for you and don’t be a stranger! Go Dawgs!!

  37. Thanks for doing the work on here, I can’t imagine how thankless it is, so we all owe you as many as possible. I’ve loved this site and the predecessor for just being a quick spot to hit every day and read a couple of things that are fun or interesting…not so easy to find these days. I wish nothing but the best for you, squeeze those kids close whenever you can!

  38. JP, thank you for all of your efforts. I am grateful. On a side note, the serenity prayer has gotten me through some really tough times. My prayers are with you.

  39. JP – I don’t comment much, but have been a reader here and at the old blog for several years now. I was in the dark for a while after the Senator passed until I happened to stumble across this space. Still the best community of Dawg fans on the web and alot of that is thanks to the work you have put in since the Senator’s passing. I’m sure I speak for many here saying words can’t express our gratitude. I hope you find the peace you are seeking. Romans 15:13.

  40. Divorce is not easy, don’t let people tell you it is. Been through it twice but finally found the love of my life. 30 years together. JP there is LIFE after death and all your dream will come true. Just trust the man upstairs!

  41. JP, best of luck to you brother. We’ve never met and I’m only an infrequent poster for GTPR, but definitely understand how much time and commitment it takes to even post one or two columns per week. I’ve marveled from afar at your ability to create as much quality content as you do, as consistently as you have done…it’s much more difficult and time consuming than I would have ever guessed. Completely understand your priorities and best of luck to you moving forward!

  42. Hate to hear you are going through something like this. Hang in there man. I will miss your content, but you are correct, all that matters is your kids and your health. Don’t hesitate getting professional help if you feel you need it.

  43. So sorry JP. I went through it 8 years ago after a 26 year marriage. It’s heartbreaking and I know I’ll never get over it. But I’m not living with crazy anymore and have two awesome kids to show for it. Everyone here feels your pain. Take it one day at a time, man. Praying for you and your family.

  44. Love the cane, Dawg. I bought my mother a super cool knock off of the hurry-cane to use on her mailbox walks but I keep finding it in the beer can trash can under the tractor shed. Go figure.

  45. JP: What you’re going through sucks. I hate it for you. But… take your muscular calves and walk on through it. You will come out better on the other side of the challenge. Post when you can and as long as this blog is operating, I’ll continue to be involved. You want to know why?

Nobody loves Georgia football the WAY we (us Refugees) do. Period. Snark, sarcasm, poignant veiled insults, occasional anarchy well spoken? I’ve not found that anywhere but here. Any other social media outlet begs input from any idiot with a keyboard and we the commentariat ain’t got time for that. Plus, we got cool stickers.

    Love, Got
