This could be a student athlete the UGA nutrition dept/Coach Sinclair, Strength and Conditioning crew will add 18/22 lbs onto that frame (2 years) and still maintain the speed/agility/physicality to compete for playing time at $ec level competition…GO DAWGS!!
I’m guessing he’s a hybrid TE/WR who can run block and catch balls. And he’s all out of blocking to do. Go Dawgs!
When, and UGA football have a few of those TE’s that can run block and/or disguise run block, then become a down field route runner/schemed open receiver…very dangerous my friend…GO DAWGS!!
I think he’ll play more X receiver (boundary) than be a hand in the dirt TE. He’ll play a bunch of H-back similar to Bowers (with Washington) where he can either help block on the edge or be the safety valve or the guy who attacks the seam.

Not sure what they pay Hartley, but it isn’t enough.
Hartley is likely being prepared to be the next OC unless Kirby wants a QB guy. He’s always been in the box next to Monken and now Bobo.

If he can stay healthy, then Brock Bowers should remain at the top or near the top of this list for the next decade. As long as Hartley is recruiting and developing TE’s, he should point to this fact as why a highly rated prospect needs to matriculate in Athens.
