It’s been 60 years since SOS won a Heisman as the signal caller for the Gators, and the team wants to show their proper respects.
Not gonna lie, it looks pretty clean and I’ve never liked the script “Gators” on their helmets because it looks childish and goofy. But that’s just my personal opinion.
In other news, they’re also unveiling a more appropriate helmet design in Hogtown, one that is an homage to the Gator Nation.
Works for me.
