I’m sure they will rationalize spreading the teams out as to why they have noon kickoffs for the big games.
What’s your thoughts? Personally, November isn’t as bad as this year’s was, but the shuffling order has me discombobulated. I’m so used to one year following the others order.

Only 3 true road games. One each month and a minimum of two weeks at home before traveling again looks pretty good. It will take losing our home winning streak to not be in it at the end.
Will the SEC portion of our schedule shuffle every two years or do we still have regulars that we play every year (Tennessee, Florida, and Auburn)?
Right now with an 8 game schedule, it will be the Handbags only.
Have they said that for certain? My understanding was that this schedule format was only for 2 years as a bridge to (potentially) something else…. Is there anything definitive that we will not be playing Auburn in 2026???

I like our schedule. Byes before Bama and the Cocktail Party. Texas late in the year at home will be fun. Sets up well for us, I think.
We’re getting at least 2 night games (Bammers/Hamburgers – Shortribs). Ole Miss is probably at 3:30. Kentucky could be a night game on SECN but more likely 12:00. Fech will be at night with the game in the Benz.
Maybe the ole piss game will be at 1930 as well. Lane was really salty about it not being at night this year, that would really chap his ass!
I agree with Derek. We have a lot of name teams and the majority will be as good as they were this year (Tennessee, Texas, Bama) or better (Auburn, Florida) while some (Kentucky, Miss State, Ole Miss) are more difficult to estimate, but there are good breaks in between. I omitted Tech because I can’t hazard a guess. I can see them being a lot better or I can see a real regression if coaches leave and if that QB gets injured again.
For what it is it is a very manageable schedule, and next year the talk will be all about SOS/ SOR and we will compare very favorably with anyone even with 2-3 losses in the regular season.

I think it is about as good of a schedule that we can have since we play in the SEC. The Alabama/Texas/OleMiss games were planned as home and away, but it’s good that there is some space provided. And the Ole Mercenaries may lose more than they gain next year anyway.
I guess the schedules reset that’s why we’re getting OM 3 years in a row?
I wouldn’t expect too many people to be complaining about the home schedule next year as has been the case in years past
