I’m guessing there will be a lot of folks who know exactly what the G represents on those red helmets, comparatively to back in the day. Amazing what a difference a decade makes.

I have a huge Eagles fan for a buddy, the only CFB he watches are UGA games. He said, “I want to see what our future D is going to look like.” I think he is joking but also kind of serious. He is not originally from the south so he isn’t a UGA fan, just cares about his Eagles.
I finally got asked if Green Bay took our logo.

My nephew, who is a Green Bay fan, asked me told me when he was four that he liked my Red Bay Packers.
My ex moved to Montana a few years ago. Our youngest is a senior-ish student at UGA currently, and she wears the G a lot. She was back here visiting last weekend and mentioned that people in the very small town she lives ask her if she’s a Packers fan. My boys and I just shook our heads.
