It can’t be as Cox was gone after 2009. He was also the starting QB the last time we lost to Kentucky.
There’s several tickets there from various years, so it’s likely a photo from someone’s collector set. The interwebs don’t seem to be able to determine who #12 is, either, likely a walk on or practice squad guy because he’s not listed on any rosters I can find. Brandon Miller wore 12 on defense, but Brandon has considerably more melanin than the dude in this picture.
I see a guy whose footwork told the defense if it was a pass or run, a fair catcher and a dude that let a team to an SEC championship before the dad in the picture called plays.
