There’s definitely lots to not like about yesterday’s game. A time change announcement a few hours before kickoff. Two untimely turnovers, a horrible goal line malfunction before the end of the half, screens and screens and screens, etc.
Before we go too catastrophic and seem that next weekend’s game is a sure loss to Tennessee, lest we forget that Tennessee always comes out blazing, and Georgia has a tendency to underwhelm when playing teams outside of the P4.
Recall in 2022 that Georgia opened with a 49-3 bloodletting of Oregon, and followed it up with this:

Not long after, you got this dud:

Georgia also struggled to beat Missouri and Kentucky in the same year, but we know how it went on to end.
Gotta assume Kirby’s no happier than any of us.
He’s not. Let’s wait until about 7 pm next Saturday before we draw any hard conclusions, perhaps.
Offensive line play has got to improve drastically. If not it will be a long day. Don’t forget we are the youngest team under Kirby. Got to grow up in a hurry. But can we overcome BoBo? That’s the question
Oh no that’s not how this works. Two games is plenty to have very fixed opinions on this team and the program and to make well reasoned projections and we suck. Kirby sucks. He has forgotten how to coach and only cares about having his friends onnthe coaching staff. Our offensive line is the worst of all time and our receivers are possibly worse than last year. The defense is really good but we aren’t going to talk about that. Freaking koo koo ass Georgia fans. Go run to the chicken house you cowards. I plan to enjoy watching the Dawgs beat the shit out of Tennessee next week. Go Dawgs!
We’ll be fine.
Gunner needs to stand and deliver from the pocket when its there and stop trying to pull off some Bo Nix impersonation.
And then we’ll see if we can catch it.
How can you be so stupid/obtuse/wrong on everything except football?

Kirby’s last sentence in the clip about the goal line plays(s) before the half- “The best part is… it created adversity for us.”
