A catcher who throws out as many as he steals, in the double digits, and rakes at the same time. We’re glad to have him and blessed he’s a part of the retention in talent in Athens even in the merry go round era of college baseball.

Well deserved. He has had a great first half and I’m pretty sure he had his first ever caught stealing at UGA this season. He was 22 of 23 or something for stolen bases at one point.
He did a great job going the other way against Georgia State several times to drive in runs. Power, speed, hits for average, and throws out runners. Great having him behind the plate. He was a great get from Wofford.
Having that portion of the line up, 1 thru 4 makes #3’s numbers not that far fetched…his foot speed is really incredible, given his field position…GO DAWGS!!
