Praying for chaos?
So are you pulling for the Barners and the Shorthorns? Does looking forward to a possible SEC Championship slot make you root for the enemy?

No. Next question.
Agree. The SEC Championship means something (especially when it means you get to tell Sankey to shove it to his face), it is a great “event” with a lot of juice and we should want to go win it!
Enough said
I read this to say if ole miss wins, we’re in:
https://www.si.com/college-football/sec-championship-game-scenarios-entering-week-13-breaking-down-every-possibility-alabama-texas-am-georgia-ole-miss
I think that’s right; we need Ole Miss in the 3-team tiebreaker pool with us because we lose the HTH to Bama in a 2-team pool (i.e., ATM wins, Bama wins and Ole Miss loses). If Ole Miss loses, we need ATM or Bama to lose.
The Gumps will have a collective brain melt if that happens. Finebaum will be glorious that following Monday.
Yeah but … Laner! Would it be Lane’s revenge on Kirby to announce he is leaving for UF or LSU this weekend?
Several starters announce they are sitting out the remainder of the season to follow Kiffin to Hogtown or Red Stick.
MSU blows out Ole Miss in the Egg Bowl. Ole Miss gets left out of the SEC title game AND the CFP. Alabama plays A&M.
Actually would it be revenge for the loss to CKS & UGA? Or would it be revenge for getting fired at Bama years ago when A&M blows out Alabama in the SEC game which gives them 3 losses and knocks them out of the CFP?
Laner is like a double-dog dare you, triple counteragent.
Lane ain’t jumping until he sees if OM is in the playoffs.
Supposedly there is a scenario when Bama, TAMU, & Ole Miss win and Georgia still gets in that is based upon conference opponents’ winning percentage, but I have no clue what teams need to win and lose for that to happen.
Maybe the percentages are close enough that some other sec contest(s) could shake it up.
In all of the crazy talk about scenarios, someone told me that we needed Kentucky to beat Vandy, so maybe that is for this one.
Correct, Kentucky needs to beat Vandy and Florida needs to beat Tennessee tomorrow. I both of those don’t happen, I don’t think there is any way UGA wins a tiebreaker over Alabama based on opponent winning percentage.
This link has the solution for all scenarios. https://bball.notnothing.net/sec.php?sport=fb
I would never stop laughing if we punked a Ol Miss team with out Koach Krimson Kiffin on the sidelines for the SEC Championship. BTW, there’s only one SEC Championship – this year’s. Unless you got a streak going, nobody cares about some turd championship from a million years ago in 2023. Kirby’s dawgs are in the right, dayum now bidness.
and cousin…. bidness is a boomin
Would love another shot at Bama. I can’t pull for the Cult, and my wife is a Longhorn, so I’ll definitely be pulling for them over the Aggies.
That said, I’m just focused on beating the Nerds. They worry me.
I’m not pulling for other teams to get us in the SEC championship (today, at least), but I think it would be absolutely freaking hilarious if it comes back to an Ole Miss/UGA rematch after all the A&M and Bama juice we’ve been subjected to. HAHAHAHAHA.
I always pull for the Barners over the Bammers.
My earlier comment aside. I am not pulling for anyone besides our beloved Georgia Bulldogs this week, next week or any future week.
Beat Charlotte this weekend. Beat the North Ave Trade School in Atlanta the day after Thanksgiving.
If we are supposed to play in SEC title game, then beat whoever is in front of us for that game.
If we are not in the conference championship, then get ready for a long deep playoff run that brings another national title.
Auburn sucks so bama wins. Texass has quit so TAMU wins. TAMU v bama will tell us a lot about both teams going into the playoffs and we still get the bye.
Most likely scenario….
It would be funny to see Auburn hang in there late and then have a call go against them to lose it.
I think it would be fun for A&M to lose, but mainly I’m tired of hearing that ‘they are the best team in college football’. We need to win the next two games. Period. If we get a ‘double bye’ I think CKS can handle the team being ready. IMO last year’s results had more to do with injuries and expensive cars. Current QB drives an old pickup truck.
I’ll be pulling for A&M to make the SECCG and Auburn to upset Bama knocking them out of the playoff. Unlikely but, I want UGA to crush the hopes of all the Texas interlopers.
I’m pulling for Texas to beat A&M, so we get the chance to effectively end Bama’s season and send them to the Cheez Its bowl where those arrogant sons of bitches belong.
Pulling for Texas so we get a rematch. Don’t care about playoff seeding.
Only can pull for Texass; never pull for Auburn in any circumstance. I like drivin’ in my truck…
I wasted way too much time on this, but looks like we need KY to beat Vandy for sure, then we’d need 3 of the 4 below to happen:
FL beats TN
TX beats AR
AR beats MO
TN beats Vandy
The KY/Vandy game and the first two above all happen this weekend, so if those go our way we’d have 4 games next weekend where 1 win by any of the 4 we need (AR, TN, TX, or Auburn) would get us in. Or Vandy will trounce KY and we’ll be done.
My head hurts
I really don’t know what to think, expect or wish for.
It’s beating the nerds that’s foremost on my mind.
We’re a 12.5 favorite to do that right now.
But this will be NATS game of the century.
Dawgs need to go into MBS with the most focused of intentions…
I think they’ll be more than ready.
Whatever comes in the post-season will be icing on the cake and we can hope that Big Dawg will EAT!
I assume we aren’t going to know anything on Friday afternoon. Therefore, Kirby needs to have this team ready to beat the snot out of the nerds.
Beat the f-ing nerds’ brains in. That’s all I care about at this point.
