Man… I’ve done nothing today but edit video. So… it was the World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party yesterday. And, whenever that great American event rolls around, it should be met with fanfare and excess! So, ESPN/ABC/Disney put out all the stops. We had a regular broadcast. We had the Command Center. And, we had the Skycast. I have gathered all 3 together and they are now running on our YouTube channel. Enjoy!

This^^. I watched most of the game on Skycast and didn’t have to listen to the broadcast team. Twas wonderful.

Have not watched the regular broadcast yet so not sure if they showed this or not (but I’ll bet you can see it on the skycam), but one of the most frustrating things about the game from inside the stadium was that after every dead ball, Florida would hold their offense on the sideline to get some extra coaching in, the officials would place the ball down, motion them over/blow the whistles to get them in, start the play clock, the Florida offense would finally run on the field with 15-20 seconds left on the playclock, AND THEN the officials would signal to restart the play clock. It was 15-20+ seconds every time they started a drive. Auburn used to do the same thing when Gus was running the show….

I noticed the heck out of it when editing the video. Numerous times as I’m scrolling through… I’m thinking to myself why isn’t the clock moving? Why’s the clock not starting. Now that you point this out, yeah, I noticed.
The broadcast crew showed a clip of the Fl. winning streak. It was 18-3 FL, Kirk
said out loud on live TV, “I love it”.
What an ass. Even if he hates the Dogs as much as we know he does, that remark should have stayed in his pocket. That is the type thing that could get a normal TV guy fired. Kirk is not normal; he is loved by the Big 10 and his bosses allow him to get away with anything. He is a prick. He will always be a prick, there is nothing we can do about that. Just keep winning Dogs. That makes us happy as hell and it hurts Kirk childish ass.
