I don’t need to tell y’all that we saw a unicorn Saturday night, with not just one, not two, but three offensive pass interference penalties being called on Georgia. They constituted half of the penalties called on us, believe it or not. I told my wife while we watched that it was rare to have one called in a game, let alone multiple times. What was going on? Here’s some insight, in two acts for you:

Now that’s not suspicious at all, is it?
You know when you play Alabama particularly at Bryant Denny, you are playing 19 against 11. I post this every time Bama privilege comes up.
I said after the second call – our receivers were having to “interfere” so much because the Bama defenders were draped over them so much (with no calls), that it was the only way to get any separation….
PS – regarding the officiating, Bama’s right tackle (#77 I believe) was flinching and holding on just about every play, and only got called for them once….
