Knowshon was a lot faster than people give him credit for being. His forty time might not have been eye popping but that clip shows he had plenty of speed. His ability to change direction on a dime and stop and start was just unreal. And in ‘07 he gave that team something beyond just what he did on the field. That might have been the most fun season of the Richt era. I met him once and he was real friendly and approachable.
Hilarious hearing the announcer say Knowshon doesn’t have great speed as he breaks away!
Of those many moments when the announcer should let the moment play it’s self out and just STFU, he chose to inject his lack of player knowledge….have no ill will towards the announcer, but, Fuck That Guy!!…..GO DAWGS!!
Was in BR that year — Tigah Stadium emptied @ halftime. One of the best ass whippings I’ve ever seen the DAWGS give.
