All week, the spread in both semifinals held roughly at a 60/40 split. Now we’re down to two heavyweights: Back2Back and Ringo’s Pick 6. Who’s the champion that will adorn the top of the blog?

Neither are representative of the real soul that was “Get the Picture”, moving on from what was to what is, has it’s pot holes, the blog should change to, get the back2back or get the pick six…hell, a photo of the Senators favorite tail gating location or even his burial place may have been banner worthy…GO DAWGS!!
The voting process has been rigged by the Moldavians! Bring in a last minute candidate replacement from the nostalgia party. A photo of Maria Taylor interviewing Kirby would be nice.

Haven’t seen the pick six photo with Ringo in the air and Kirby elevated in the background. That’s the one I would vote for. Put that one up for a vote and I would vote for that one, but haven’t seen it as a choice.

I picked Ringo because as was mentioned before, that was the moment that everything changed. As for the back-to-back, well I expect to add more, so why limit ourselves?
It’s got to be the Ringo pick-6. Such a great photo — perfectly captures the absolute catharsis of the moment.
Not to mention that I use that exact pic as the background for the login page for every sandbox tenant I have set up for my work. So, every customer meeting, every webinar, every demo video I record for work proudly shares this moment of glory with the world.

Both are worthy selections there’s no bad choice for a new blog. Does either capture the spirt of what our beloved former host created? There’s no wrong answer it’s different for all. It’s not possible to replace what was lost. I’m truly great full to Otis and everyone involved in creating and maintaining this place.
I wish there would be room in the new banner to remember the Senator. Even if it was just a small snarky John Belushi picture in Bluto character beside the new banner. As the new season approaches the loss of his personal musings and captivating insights are ever more on my mind. You can’t replace a legend you can chose to always remember one.
