I just wanted to drop a quick post to acknowledge JP’s contributions to GTPR. He has been the engine that made this thing run and it’s a bit of a gut punch to have him step away. I just want to thank him for all the effort he put into making this thing a success and wish him nothing but the best, and happiness going forward.
It’s been remarked in passing here numerous times that it was pretty amazing that The Senator did all this by himself. I find it hard to get any writing done these days. We stay busy with appointments, 3 days a week, every week to physical therapy for my son plus any other trips we have to make, I swear I’m on the road nearly as much as when I was employed.
Russ & ee are both still employed so, their time is limited as well. The amount of content here may decrease as we regroup and go at this. That said, if you are interested in writing for GTPR, the lines are open, email me and let me know.
As you read this, we are on our way to Atlanta. My son has an appointment tomorrow at Shepherd Center for a driving assessment and training. He may soon be driving himself! Mama & daddy’s taxi service will be able to be decommissioned (again).
Go Dawgs and FTMF!
We just appreciate each of you Otis as our beloved game is consumed with greed. As my life winds down I am just thankful for this blog. It’s stimulating and truly one of my refuges. You are DGD’s
Thank you Otis, we and JP.
I wrote “ee” and it autocorrected incorrectly. Damn AI
All the best to you and your son today.
thank you to JP and all of you for this blog. The Senator was such a special man. How he continued to produce his blog while fighting cancer is beyond me. We are grateful for this place and believe it will stay a great place to learn about our DAWGS.
Praying all goes well today. It’s been said many times’ but ya’ll make my day. Thanks again and Go Dawgs!!!!
