There probably was someone named “Tom” on the 1973, 1974 and 1975 teams. The guy who wrote the cards maybe wanted to salute as many players as spaced permitted? /s/

X is a completely underrated band their shift/leaning into more “cowpunk” style material was highly influential.

I have always had a sneaking suspicion that Mr. Cross fancied himself a smoother Michael McDonald. They were/are yacht rock music but neither one is a real rocker. To his credit CC never ruined a real rock band. That ignominious award goes to MM and what he did to the Doobie Brothers. I am happy CC stayed in his lane.
