The details listed in the updated Dawgnation article give some good context on what actually may have happened. Unfortunately, the headline from the first Dawgnation article is what is going to be splashed all over the media and it sounds awful. Seth has already posted about it on The Athletic.
Agree. The investigators need to do their investigation. Domestic violence is wrong. But a person is innocent until proven guilty.

I am at the end of my tolerance and understanding of anything related to players being arrested. At this point, and perhaps this is for too much old school for some of you, but at this point perhaps a zero tolerance should be instituted. I have lived for 61 years and I have never ever been arrested. It there is the appearance of the absence of accountability, whether there is accountability or not. The examples have got to be made. It’s old and people are sick and tired of it.
I hear you, but some of these arrests have resulted in no prosecution and could be viewed as APD being over officious instead of handling situations on site. Don’t really know the full story here but not sure a zero tolerance policy is fair when not equally applied to those who are interacting with the players and their money.
I am from an older school than you. I was a student for 7 years in the 1970s. Players committed crimes back then. They just didn’t get arrested.
Yep, really getting tired of reading these headlines. Not calling for heads, but it’s beyond time to crack down on this crap.

if not guilty = why do players even put themselves in these situations?
while we are waiting on a verdict, not sure Kirby will have him on the sidelines for Saturday or take the trip next week to austin…then it is an off week and hopefully there will be a clearer picture of the facts.

If there is potential for a conflict, don’t open the damn door.
