I know it’s the Lord’s Day so this may be a sin, but who can’t get enough of highlights from one of our favorite running back duos to ever wear the Red and Black.

The decision these guys made to return to the program in 2017, along with Bellamy and Walker, may be one of the most pivotal moments in the Smart era. There were many, to be fair, that paved the way to 2021 and 2022…but the 2016 recruiting class intersected here, too. The class included Richard LeCounte, who did a bunch of recruiting himself. Other notable freshman included Jeremiah Holloman, Stetson Bennett, Jake Fromm, Isaiah Wilson, Andrew Thomas, Eric Stokes, and D’Andre Swift.

The ensuing season was something we won’t long forget…
