5’10” and 160lbs of halfback…Zippy was my kind of dude…God bless him
I was 185lbs back in HS in the late 80’s and still felt undersized as a rb then…never had the talent to play as a Dawg, just had to lose my voice and my mind from the student section

Zippy Morocco! I knew he was good because my Tech-loving grandmother used to complain about how he cheated.

My favorite Zippy Morocco story was when his son Chris committed to play QB for Clemson in the mid-1980’s. He asked his Dad if he was mad that he didn’t commit to UGA. Zippy allegedly replied “I’m not mad, but I’ll see you in four years”. DGD
