Athlon does this feature every year. They think they are generating interest because it is supposedly giving them content from coaches saying things they wouldn’t normally say if they weren’t anonymous.

Seriously asking for help on this one. I believe that this squad is far less skilled and talented than what we have seen recently. What am I missing? The D-line and O-line seem to be lacking beasts. The QB is a question mark, other than his toughness. It is fair to say the RBs are not Chubb, Gurley and Michel level, nor anywhere close. The TEs are far from Bowers level. The secondary is fine, but not rock stars. What position group is better today than 21 and 22?

Literally none, though the potential for the receiver group could be a push for comparison. Most of the team could be characterized as such…”potential”. There’s a lot of blue chips on the lines but they’ve got to rise to their potential.

I would agree if the word outside preceded linebacker.
Defense almost certainly will be the calling card of ’25 Dawgs. If we can get any rushing attack going at all I think this offense will surprise a lot of folks. Its a prove- it year for Searels and Bobo and I for one believe these men are all over it until shown otherwise.

Inside Linebacker is the only position group I don’t have any concern about for the 2025 season. TE is a close second.
