I posted about the receivers last week getting a nod from Terrence Edwards, but one that keeps getting some attention is Jeremy Bell. The possible next 3 star to superstar opportunity was on display yesterday, as well:
Of course, there were still drops, but most of those were from freshmen…and London Humphreys was the leading receiver.
Overall, lots of promise and tons of talent on display, and a slew of tight end talent, to boot.
And it sounds like Gunner Stockton will be QB1. Given the recent drama from Tennessee, I’m more confident in a guy who loves Georgia throwing to guys who love Georgia over the other options out there, even if there’s an occasional drop.
Brooks Austin talked about Jeremy Bell. He said he’s legit. He also added, “It’s one of those things too where if you’re depending on Jeremy Bell you get worried about your offense.” Hopefully he can contribute.
I left the game feeling really good about the state of the team yesterday, and it was a beautiful day in Athens. Of course we were just playing ourselves, but ourselves are no slouches so it gave me pretty positive vibes that we can compete with anyone this season. Stockton, Frazier, Young, both Bells, Humphries, Luckie, on offense and several rising stars on defense all looked the part for championship football. Both lines looked good for what they were allowed to do. The coaches were energetic and enthusiastic too. Let’s freakin’ go!!

Pretty good day in the Classic City yesterday. Beautiful Spring day, first look at the 2025 Dawgs, followed by a nail biting win over #1 Arky. The series win today was icing on the cake.
Bell is apparently an ATH-uh-lete. Dude can fly. And he’s also very fast. I never heard of him before a week ago, but this footage is an eye opener.
