Yall got sucked in on that 13-1 start v school of deaf, women’s university & college of the blind. PeeWee is PeeWee. 20 wins. NCAA or NIT worthy. 1st round & out. If we only had an AD that understood the dynamics of winning (occasional sweet 16) basketball, we would be a helluva hoops school. Could’ve traded PeeWee straight up for Chris Beard year before last. Could’ve had Sean Miller last year. Hell, even Eric Mussleman. SEC hoops SOOOO incredibly bad, this was/is a year the conference could be had. Instead, we roam in PeeWees playhouse!
We suck, but I recently had lunch with a friend who has put two kids through Auburn in the last 7 years. He told me they literally think Auburn is a basketball school. So there’s that.
